This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
There is nothing left in my life that does not have limitations due to pain, medication, strength, capacity.
I am just so very thankful that I can still do stuff. I am thankful for the smallest abilities to the greatest abilities.
HUGS!
I work with polymer clay and knit. I can also quilt. Hugs, Cathy
Gratitude is important in all the darkness and pain that we go through daily.
Healing hugs to all
I can do a lot, just have to be really careful and no bending....or at least very little. No heavy lifting.
I make soap, crochet, & read for hobbies:)
What I can do is what I have. I try not to think about what I could do before.
tendons I am in agreement. That I can care for myself is a wonderful blessing.

Good thread.
This is not a silly post. Keep it going. I think we all have something to be grateful about that we can still do it. Somedays my abilities are different depending on the level of pain I'm in.
Healing hugs to everyone.
