I'm up! :-) I did a lot today. Took my kids for a walk arond our waterfall in our backyard, took them to meet my husband for lunch, walked around the local flea market with them, and then went grocery shopping. Oh, we played a lot, too. :-)

Now, tonight, my body is paying for it. Everything hurts from the waist down. Tried to walk across the floor a few minutes ago to put some wood in the stove but was too stiff and painful. It's not that cold of a night anyway so it doesn't matter. Legs are also jumping a lot. ALmost knocked my laptop off my lap.

But, it was a good day and I am happy that I got out and enjoyed it.

Unfortunately, I am feelin* depressed. I can't stand bein* alone in t*is isolated apt. (part of *ouse) I just feel waves of sadness. My pain level is *reatfully low for now. It's one of t*ose "w*ere would I be in my life if I weren't depressed and disabled" moments. I cried a little. I feel like a bump on a lo*. I'm just sittin* wit* an ice pack and watcin* tv. I am a ni**t owl at times. *ope you are all on low pain.

I am here too. Trying to get sleepy.... Arthritis hit me hard and I stayed home from work on Monday. Hope everyone gets some rest.

I am bringing the Jack Russell to bed with me. Maybe he will help me sleep with his warm fur near me.

When I can't sleep, I hug maggie and she helps me to sleep.
I think she knows it too.

Oh THEY KNOW!!!!
When I am crying really sad, even if I am totally silent, he jumps on my lap and licks my tears until I feel better.
The tears may still be flowing when I feel better but he gets down as soon as things seem less hopeless.

Pets are wonderful!!!!
