Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Healing hugs
You can usually tell after a few post if someone is too negative for you to read their post, then just don't and if you must use the Ignore button as it works. Those are the "tangled webs" David is speaking of.
Don't let negativity of any kind run you out of this group. We are all in different places with pain and what we suffer from but also we are a very compassionate people understanding the need to vent over pain, doctors, etc
There is a big difference between aggravation and complete disrespect. We welcome aggravation as we all have our moments and want to help each other through even our worst days.
Great post David...
I am off all pain meds for the past month because docs are afraid I will become dependent. Nothing else works and I cannot handle anything stronger than vicodin ES. I hurt, I'm angry and I am lost.
How do you all cope??
I sent you a message. Check it out.
Be patient and hang in there.
David.
