Topical lidocaine creams/gels help, I get a liquid supplement mixed at a Compounding Pharmacy that my Dr. prescribes it has Turmeric, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Potassium and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I have a Vitamin Absorption Deficiency so I have to take high doses of B12, D and C.
I see a Chiropractor when the Nerve pain is flaring and use heating pads at night to keep my legs and arms warm, which helps keep the nerves happy.
There are medications that help with Nerve Pain, I can't take them, due to allergies. But generally Cymbalta, Lyrica, and Neurontin are the 3 main ones that are tried.
I've done acupuncture before but didn't get much relief from it. I don't do massage, but know that some people get some relief from it. Those are the kinds of things you have to try and see if they help you.
Hopefully you can find some things that help you.
Take care.
