I personally take oral magnesium a take one over the counter pill in the morning and if my spasms are really bad then I will take another one in the evening.
I currently get my topical cream through a pharmacy and it's about 50 bucks per 100 gm tube.
This is what the sheet has
Magnesium/MSM VP-E5 15/10% Cream. I'd love to find a cheaper route. Thanks.
I recently flew from Fla. to Europe and by the time I got there, was having muscle spasms in my thighs and at n9ght, hands would cramp. Doctor said magnesium would help and so I bought some, with calcium and potassium. It helped immediately, bu don't know if the pottasium and calcium are a plus or not. I didn't know there was a cream and am grateful tp learn about it.
