Lyrica, is it helping anyone with neuropathy

Hello to all, I am on my third try with lyrica. i am desperate to find releif for my diabetic neuropathy. i am on my 4th month and it does nothing at all for me this is the 3rd time i am trying lyrica. 100mg twice a day any more and my feet swell up to twice their size. i am running out of energy to fight this pain, its been 3 years aghhhhhh. hope all my friends are well

NO help AT ALL for me. Just swelled till I could no longer wear shoes.

Your way below the Therapeutic dose of Lyrica for Diabetic Neuropathy...has your Dr. tried pushing through the feet swelling to see if you can get past that to a higher dose....it doesn't sound like your getting enough of the meds.

I tried both Lyrica and Neurontin. I have sciatic nerve pain and autoimmune arthritis of the spine. Neither seemed to help with pain at all and I had very bad side effects to both of them. For me they caused extreme drowsiness, constant headache, couldn't focus my eyes, also I could see words but couldn't figure out what they meant so I could not read or type ! Definitely affected my brain and not in a good way !
