Now - don't sleep well at night so don't wake up till about 10 or 10:30. But I still feel groggy. Take my pills, lay in bed for at least an hour except maybe to hobble to the bathroom then back to bed do a few stretches and try to get motivated to get up and do something. Its a strange new world and I don't like it much.
Now I'm being whiney, but this is a particularly rough patch...and I still have to work...grrrrrr.
I wake up ok for the most part and I am still waiting for that day that I wake up normal LOL. I never do and that makes me mad as before pain and I had just acute pain like a headache I would go and lay down and wake up fine and I still think that will happen again.
I start off ok but by a few hours I am hurting like no other and if I dont lay down during the day by the end of the night it is out of control and it will usually set off a flare that might last for a few days.
frankly, i don't care. i love sleep. it is my only escape.
