hi tabby. I am ok. except I have no energy at all from my ME/CFS. I really wish that I could by batteries for my body to energize it. I have had terrible exhaustion for weeks. I am hoping that I will simply start getting some energy. I new on this because this is the third syndrom I have with Fibro and MPs and they are all very close but do have similar and different side effect or symtoms. I don't know what the word I thinking of . Having issues with my words.

I'm actually having a fairly good day pain wise. I didn't have to take b/t meds until just a bit ago- and it was more for my hands and arms than the RSD pain.

Thank you for asking. Since I stopped doing the crazy nonsense exercise the PT gave me....my back is a bit better. I am trying not to lift for awhile. Back Pain for over a year....Pain Management is recommended for me now.
I am hoping YOU are having some relief Today!!!!

i've pushed through the pain 3 days (or so) now, but...still have had good moments.

stranded, i truly know what you mean. wish i could plug in and re-charge. :)

Sandy, thank you for asking. That is Maggie. She is a 9 (10 in January)
year old Miniature Pincher.

She is such a sweetheart like all of our furbabies.

your welcome everyone I am doing okay My pain comes and goes Now that its starting to get colder. My arthritis. is starting to act. up I have it in my back and in my hands Paulina12 I hope your pain gets better soon and stranded Hope you feel better. soon.

    I did the dumbest thing today.  I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds.  I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym.  What a dummy!
