I'm kind of beating myself up today for not being able to send as many hugs as I'd like to. I try to stay caught up on what everyone is posting and then I can't type enough to tell everyone how I feel because my neck and shoulder are killing me.

Today, I had to do a perm and 4 haircuts. That would have been nothing for me a few years ago, now it's a horrific struggle to try and seem like I'm ok and take care of my wonderful clients in the way they deserve.

I took a brief rest when I was done work and then made a batch of Chili. I haven't been very good about cooking anything resembling a decent meal for a long time. Even chopping the onions and peppers seemed like a huge task.

I go back to my new Ortho to have my bad knee evaluated in the morning...then back to work! After spending an hou and a half driving, I don't even want to think how painful work will be.

I'm sorry for not being as active a participant as I would like to be. Please know that I'm trying very hard to do everything...and it's too much.

awwww you are a sweet heart....im sorry you feel down...ive felt like that all day...your fine sweetie...we cant do it all,all the time..people understand.....sometimes we get behind on lots of things but doesnt mean we dont care...i know from talking to you that you really care for others...im praying your appt. goes well...let me know...

Day to day things seem to be getting harder and harder for me to. It is important to keep on trying to push yourself without over doing it.

It is good you did the home made meal as I havent done that in awhile and really need to get back to doing it every day.

Cherry!!!

Girl, STOP expecting so much from yourself. I couldn't do one tenth of what you do. I've learned to accept that while my mind and heart are willing, my body is not. I did hair in my first and second careers and posted quite a while back with some ideas to consider that would be less physically taxing. If you missed it, let me know and I'll send you a PM.

I once did hair 15 hours a day in spike heels. Today I struggled to get out of bed 15 MINUTES at a time. Be kind to yourself. Everyone here knows you care and no one expects you to reply to every post, hug, and note. We all know you love us! :-)

Please... don't add anymore stress to your life -especially when you dont need to- its really okay - no need to feel like you have more obligations or expectations than you really do... you have enough on your plate. You amaze me! The things that you are still able to do and the way you keep on keepin' on...

aw cherry hunny dont apologise to us! were all here for you anytime, even if you cant post much we know your still here and part of the team! I reaaly hope it goes well for you with the doc tomoro, let us know how u get on. Take it easy too, try not to do too much and hurt yourself more.

Trust me.....it's OK to be quiet. My posts are usually short....but everyone knows while my posts are short and fewer in quantity, some days more that others! I still really care!

You do plenty for this board. At times it gets hard for us to everything in our lives. I know at times, I withdrawel and not because of all of you guys. Sometimes we just to sit back and read or whatever our bodies tell us. Like most here, there is no way I could do hair, I did complete school for hair when I was 18 LOL that seems another life time ago. But With my husbands job, I could never get a job because we moved to much.So I worked for the government, they understood the moving alot part.
I hope your doc will help you today! let us know the news, when you are up to it.

Thanks, everyone. I didn't mean to sound so pathetic. I know my pain isn't as bad as most people here. It can't be since I keep working, but it sue does wreck any chance for enjoyment in my life.
