I don't know what's wrong with me

    I'm afraid I'm going to lose my job. So real quick I have a few thing's I already have been diagnosed with. I have a failed Third Level Cervical fusion, Spondylosis of the spine, Scoliosis on the upper and lower part of my spine, a blown disc, arthritis in my spine neck, arms and knees. Ugg that was really hard to say. It embarrases me and frustrates me.


    So Ive been experiencing something strange. I will be at work and I will be going strong , then all of a sudden all my bones wil ache, I will feel nauseated and develope a fever and I will have to miss about four day's of work until it goes away. I don't. know what it is or what to do. Does anyone else ehave these same symtoms?

I am really sorry you are going through all of this. Have you had any blood work done during these episodes of fever and nausea? I have terrible arthritis and chronic pain but not the fever and nausea. I did have a round of gastritis with nausea, aches, intestinal cramps and worse, unable to eat, "chest pain" caused by the inflammation where my ribs and breathing hurt, all due to the prescription NSAIDs I was taking. Are you taking any kind of over the counter or prescription NSAIDs? It took me a good 6 months to recover once I stopped using them. This is consistent pattern is something to have your PCP or other doctor's start to do some investigation on. I hope you get an answer and recover quickly. I know the worry about whether or not one can keep ones job with the health problems.

I`am so sorry for what you are going through, I will keep you in my prayers for i understand the pain too. I also have nerve damage chronic pain. Get a doctor a neurologist I took a MIR and it told about my symptoms. We are here for one another so you are not alone. I know longer work because i can not,plus i have retired, be hopefully you can get some help because what works for some may work for you., Keep your head up and don`t give up let us know. Pleas seek help.

I’ve been here and I have unfortunately lost multiple jobs due to 3 types of Arthritis and Crohn’s Disease. I hope that you are able to speak with your HR department and provide them medical information to be saved from penalties due to excessive absences. I gave my HR and management a clear and descriptive email about my autoimmune disorders and provided proof specifically to save my ass on the days I am severely sick. Sending you support!
