Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I think try to pray and remain positive.
Try drinking a lot of water and try to not get stressed out.
7-9 hours of sleep or just sleep until you feel fully rested.
Try icing your legs and back and make sure you are dressed for
the weather.
Make sure you are eating bread or whole grains, your brain
runs on carbohydrates so if you feel dizzy try drinking water and
eating bread and just laying down somewhere calm with your feet elevated.
I hope that you feel better.
I use an ice pack on the base of my skull for headaches. It helps me.
So many things cause dizzy feeling. Make sure your sugar is in balance. You need a balance of carbs to protein. Also if you are not drinking enough water you can get a headache from dehydration.
If it continues call your doctor. Hope you feel better soon. Sending you positive energy and prayers, Hugs-RJ
