Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Just what yo do not need..more stress...

Cherry, just keep your doors locked, check all the windows, do not answer your door after dark and hon, try not to live in fear...I read very little news anymore cause it just upsets me.
You are in my prayers and thoughts...as is that little boy...he will need support the rest of his life.

When the police talked to us about the burglary next door, he wanted to know that we had deadbolts, dowel rods in window tracks, any sliding doors should have good locks and rod in track, and he asked if we have motion detector lights which we do...
Plus...the 'perp' would get a surprise blast in the face that would certainly slow him down!
You really should read the bizarre story about this murder, though.
in my thoughts and prayers, hugs, serenity
Much luck with the new roomate search. I know how difficult it can be.

I read the news story. What possibly could have provoked such a hideous crime?
This has shaken the whole community and beyond. My town was adorned with pink balloons and most everyone had pink on at the talent show my Grandson was in last night.
They said it was Melissa's favorite color to wear. Last night, big, burley men were wearing pink T-shirts. Just looking at the crowd was very moving.
Everyone...remember, if something doesn't feel quite right, go with your gut!
Be safe...
Thanks for the update
Love you,
Melinda
I do have a couple of ideas to offer. One is if you have the keys that set off your car alarm put them by your bed at night, so if you hear any strange noises at your door you can set off your car alarm and that usually scares off people. Secondly security companies offer the personal alarm that you can wear. It helped my daughter when she took her dog out in the a.m. a man started rushing at her. She pressed the button and the house alarm went off. The male neighbors started running out. The man got away, but never came back.
Just a couple ideas that might help you feel more secure. Think positive and stay alert. God's blessing. Hugs -RJ
