I have a link I'd like you to check out. I think you'll find it quite illuminating: http://www.caringmedical.com/condition_details/Knee_Pain.htm
I myself am using this procedure/therapy to heal a very extensive and painful injury (my whole pelvis), and it's working!!! I'd definitely check it out if I were you. There is a very good doctor who does this therapy - Dr. Mayo Friedlis. He is one of the best Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Doctors in the DC metro areas, plus he is the foremost practitioner of this procedure within reasonable driving distance.
I know you said you were looking for exercise, but this really does so much more.
Feel very free to ask me ANYTHING about this procedure. I know a ton about it.
With lots of caring,
Orchid
