Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Have you had a recent or any MRI or CT studies? I always like to advise people that have headaches to be checked out by the doc (a good doc) to be safe.
What with the scalp thing, I can't say if shingles happens there, but my wife is just geting over a bout at the hip area, which was really tender.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I mean with migraines I get the aurau of lights and light sensitivity but nothing like your descibing. I think I would go to the doctor as soon as you could. It is something I would mess around with seeing that you may have some type of growth or blockage that is outting pressure on your eyes making your vision that way.
wishing you the best of luck. If it gets worse you may even think about going to the ER. Better to be safe than sorry. I know it is the holidays but still I think your family would agree they would rather spend it in an ER than have something happen. Praying for you too.
I also get very sick to my stomach with these flare ups. This happens to me more now than ever with a car accident I was involved in.
All I can say is to talk to your doctor and get checked out. Make sure there is nothing else going on that could cause this. I wish you luck and know exactly how you feel.
Best wishes!
Anytime you experience a new type of headache it's essential to get checked by your doctor. Don't assume anything when it comes to your head or your brain--we only get one! Call first thing in the morning and make an acute care appointment; this isn't something that can wait till February.
If is or turns into the worst headache of your life, please go the ER immediately and tell them that this is the worst headache of your life--use those EXACT words. They are the key words you need to use to get triaged and examined quickly and run through a CT machine to rule out something life-threatening. Don't assume or speculate with the nurse or doctor what is causing it; that will only delay the examination and imaging study. Just keep emphasizing this is the worst headache of your life.
Hopefully this is something strange, but utterly benign and will gently pass quickly. But please get checked and don't hesitate to go the ER route if need be.
Gentle hugs and best wishes for quick relief.

Since the RSD moved to my feet I knew I was walking weird and throwing my lower back out. Well, I should have thought about it, low goes out, slowly whole spine goes wonky- with a little help got the upper part feeling better which is good!
Anyway, Thank You so much for your support, I don't know what I would do some days if I didn't have everyone here to talk to...sometimes I feel so isolated and cut off from the "normal" world...And I feel like I don't have the strength to keep facing my life every day, It's great to have a place to go and people who really understand the complete definition of "intractable pain"!
Gentle Hugs and Bright Blessings to Everyone!
