I wish I could volunteer somewhere. But I have trouble just getting to drs appts. I just can't commit to anything right now. But I do have a pen pal, does that count?

Manny the glittering sounds like a hoot! I do arts and craft projects with my nephews when they come over. I totally understand the "dumping". Sometimes I wish I could surround them in plastic so they don't get anything on them!! My patio still has glitter on it from our last project!!

Glad to see so many people up early today.

I think anything done for the good of another 'counts....especially when we get to teap that feels good benefit from doing it!

Thanks Jan. I try to do what I can ya know. But since I've been house bound, I really can't do much. Right now I am burning Cd's from my iTunes collection for a friend that does not have much music. So I am sharing what I have.

It's the little things that I try to do to make someone smile. I hope that when I improve alittle, I will be able to do more. But right now I am limited!

Now its time to get in the shower for yet another drs appt!

Jenna pen pal count, I dont do any volunteering except at the school every once in awhile when they need help as I have a full time job volunteering here at home cleaning as I am not getting paid for it.

I would love to help out but the reality is I have to much going on as it is and could not fit it in maybe one day when the time is right and that goes for everyone when the time is right you will. Got to take care of our selves first. Sort of like when you are on a plane put your oxygen mask on first then help the person next to you, Cant help someone when you are passed out.

Aaaaw I wanna play with the glitter too, but it's midnight here.... Goodnight CP...

today i see my dr so that is a little stressful ihope that i find out
what is causing my shaking .
the weatherman is saying we might be getting some light snow today,

Manny thanks for the comic relief. Made me smile. Reminds me of all the times I volunteered at my kids' schools and then slapped my forehead like "what were you thinking?".

We lived in Germany for 6 yrs. The field trips I went on with their classrooms were to castles and on long walking trips called "volksmarches". Thank heavens it was before my body broke down.

I'm still drinking my coffee while my body sneaks up on the day. Almost able to bend over without feeling a million "gotcha" cramps.
