Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
A funny - not so funny event happened yesterday. I was showing space at a warehouse complex with my spouse and of course I start to get sick. I slipped away from the crowd to find a bathroom. NP. However I got locked in the bathroom. If you are not aware, it is very hard to get cell phone signals in the middle of the concrete and metal that the large warehouses are made of so. As I am panicing since no one knows where I am I finally get enough of a signal to cal my spouse and tell him I am locked in, but he could not understand where. Now picture the fact that I am in a closed concrete room with no air and it is at lease 100 degress. There are 10 buildings each with 4 bathroom. Therefore that is 40 bathrooms to look for me in! Add to the fact that I am very caustrophobic and about to go nuts. I was trying to do deap breathing. When he finally shows up with the key- he freaks out. Screaming at me because there is no key to the lock that broke. O.K. now I am losing it! Finally with him holding the outside of the lock and me slowly turning the inside we were able to get the cylinder to catch enough to unlock. What a nightmare. At least we were able to lease the space to the clients who thought it was all a hysterical Laural and Hardy act. (Ha!Ha!)
The stress and dehydration did not help my pain level. But there's a laugh for today!
Wishing everyone a low pain day. Hugs-RJ

Our heat wave has finally broken yahhhoooooooo! One of these days i will have to host the breakfast club since we have a huge backyard and decks. This morning in our yard u will see 2 baby deer (mama has been busy) and several different ages of baby bunnies. Five are currently nursing on mama. Several new baby chippys and a very preggo mama. Every bird you can imagine at our 4 feeders (Ontario birds) there is always some nature show going on. We have our own nature channel :)
