I've been around here since the beginning of Jan. this yr....
I've not seen/heard so many of us doing so badly at the same time before....
Well..it's a CP board...right?
I know things ebb n flow.... come n go....all that..
Not even gonna hazard a guess as to why the uglies are so rampant and widespread right now.....
I've just come out of my hole for a bit to give a holler into all of yours...
THIS WILL PASS...
WE ARE NOT ALONE...
HOLD ON...
Not much, but all I've got right now..
I doubt many are up to hangin' out for coffee this a.m.......
Leave a note by the pot if ya get a chance and are up to it...
We're individually weakened right now....
But, we still have the strength of the group..

and yes, i think the weather wreaks havoc on our sensitive bodies as if everything in the world didn't already.
maybe coffee will chipper me up...
4- that sounds excruciating. My dad recently passed a 3mm one and that put him in the ER. I've never had a kidney stone but I've seen my dad and my uncle going through that and it looks miserable. You're tough!
Personally, I don't like coffee. I've been trying to cut back on my calorie intake lately. I might actually make a cup of warm tea though. We have a nice little thunderstorm going on here, and I'm curled up on the sofa hoping my pain will die down enough I can get back to my to-do-today list.
I've also had to comfort my youngest son who is in yet another personal crisis. He and I are of one heart and when he hurts...I hurt. I want to fix everything and make his world perfect, but all I can do is be here for him. That's all he asks, anyway.
I made the decision to go back up on a certain med that may have been the reason I had a bit of a scare last week. It will take 12 hours to get up to speed and my pain is so bad that I'm willing to take the risk.
Anyway...someone might want to give me a yell around 7:00. Hopefully, I'll be yelling back!

i feel that dam flare, pain pill down the throat. is this because my hip isn't hurting? or just being stupid and walking with 1lb hand weights. does one's body just get used to a certain level? i have to get an arm chair for my desk. universe, please hear this request.
It's so sad that we are all hurting so much. Love and light still abound.
Maybe I need more coffee. I don't even know what I'm saying. lol

I don't remeber who said it but that MRI did kill me this morning. Laying on that flat hard surface killed my spine and the thing they put my head in killed my shoulders when I went up against it...everything hurts...dang!
