You might also try cutting out caffeine and then gradually adding it back in (same with dairy) to see if that makes a difference.
I'd also make that appointment with the gyno. Some ladies with endometriosis have pain all month long. That can't be seen on an ultrasound. You have to get a laparoscopy to rule it out. It's a short surgery but still a surgery.

There are people suffering here with the kind of physical pain that I think you cannot yet imagine. And, in spite of your unwillingness or inability to be honest with them, they have continued to try to help you. I don't know if you are mature enough yet to realize what a precious gift that is

Your mind is the most powerful organ in your body. If it is not well it will create pain in parts of your body. So if all of the tests come back normal it is very possible that this pain is being created by your mind.
When your mom says that you are feeling things because your friend says she has them it could be your mind. The pain is just as bad but a medical doctor can't cure it.
You mentioned in one of your posts that you had been in therapy. SOunds like this might be the best path now. Maybe if you talked to both of your parents and ask them to get you back with a therapist they will agree. I'm sure they want you to be happy.
