Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Lack of sleep just makes pain worse. And then the pain gets so bad, you can't sleep.
Do you take anything for sleep? If not, you may want to try valarian root and melatonin. Both are natural and they helped me for several years. I did eventually start taking trazodone, but I still take the others with it. Now that I'm on klonopin, I'm not having a lot of problems sleeping. Just hard to fall asleep.
Saying a prayer for you!
Sandy
