Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I can so totally relate....I pushed myself waaaay too hard yesterday and have been suffering since about 5pm. It STILL hasn't calmed down, so I would have to say my pain is an "inferno" right now and I am just waiting for it to burn itself out.....until it becomes an "ember" again.
Anyone have some water? lol
Hope you get to feeling better Kris. Believe me, I know what a struggle it is.
Gentle Hugs,
Carrie

Perhaps, I have become more lazy than you!!! MORE LIKELY the real truth!!
Anyway, I would suggest reviewing the previous day to see if there were signs that would have helped you know when to stop working and take a rest so you don't set up for this much pain.
It is a PITA (Pain In The A**) to have to stop and rest while you work but it might help. I get more done with periods of rest.
I still work so hard I end up tossing my cookies and feeling like you. But I am getting better at it.
