Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
( don't know why I insist on spellimg that with a C)
Thanks for the post...
I think your last one was so frightening because so many of us know that dark place...
You're in our hearts and thoughts even when you're not posting, too.
Love n hugs...jc
Blessings, my friend, on you and your family...
Will look forward to your return.

Healing hugs
Fwiw, I think jancam nailed it - your last post was a reflection of our own "dark place"... It's good to be here bc so many really get it.
Glad to know you're reading, sometimes that's all we have strength to do. Jump in when you're up for it. You are missed.

Glad to see that you're with us even if it's mainly just reading. I did that for quite awhile before actually jumping in & now this past week I have so missed jumping in & have been stuck mainly glued to the couch & I'm lucky if I'm even reading because the pain has been so bad. It hasn't been this bad in a very long time, I should have seen it coming but I was so into the happiness of being at such low pain levels, well, I guess it was was great while it lasted & now it's back to the hell of just surviving.
As always once I get typing I can't seem to stop. Please know that you & you're family are in my thoughts & prayers & maybe someday we will all be lucky enough to go back to the low pain days.

I'm glad you let it out.....some time we need to say stuff like that to get through our frustration. We can't say it to our loved ones, they worry. We worry too, but in a different way......
This is your place to find understanding and strength. Anytime!
Like I told you, I enjoy reading your posts....look forward to you feeling better and sharing more of your stories! Have been using the straight line ( one of your posts) for relaxation.....it begins with a single line....thanks for that! X
