Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Yes I feel guilty a lot, mostly with my kids though. As for my family I don't say anything because I don't want to be accused of being a whiner and they really don't understand anyway. I get the 'look' ya know? :) SO I just keep everything to myself most of the time.
Glad your here.
The people here are wonderful you have come to the right place for support.. I to feel often like I cannot tell my family bout the amount of pain and even when I know better I will do things I am not supposed to just because I know if I ask someone to do something for me then they will just complain and say cant someone else do it etc.. so I just do it myself .. My hubby now that's different story he will give me the world if he could.. and he will do whatever I need done he is just not home long enough.
again welcome to the group. I look forward to getting to know you .
Whatta good feeling to know I am not alone in how I feel!
Each reply I felt welcomed & can identify with you.Guilt, doing too much, loving hubby, not worrying my sons.
Like your mind readers.I actually feel "lifted" right now, awesome!
Hugs
Theresa
Thanks again for the welcomes & support!
I have a great family also and used to share my pain with them alot but I don't talk about it much anymore. Mostly it is obvious I'm in pain but we just don't say anything - there's no point unless there is something new going on.
Hope you make lots of new friends and enjoy the group.
Hugs,
Lisa
