This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Angee7. I am on topmax 300, Ativan and antidepressant for preventative, but I work also. Unfortuantely, I need to work right now. Such is life.
SadsadLisa. I've avoided the ER like the plague but maybe my next #9 I will go and use that opportunity to get a referral. Finding a new doctor around her is horrible.
Reginaann. Betablockers and cafergot didn't work for me, but I'm glad they work for you and hope they continue to do well for you.
hopeindontowe. I'm outside of Vancouver. I'll certainly give that a try. What do I have to lose?
I know there is a migraine site on these forums, but I am here because I am having trouble coping with the pain side of my disease. You are such a supportive group and I look forward to reading more of what positive feedback you have already offered others.
Thank you again.

Hope you find a really good doctor.
