Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I think it is Homedics.com and good luck! :)
Mine has lower/upper and then separate lower and upper. ANd as I am short it covers my whole back and if I move just so, I can get it to do my shoulders. It has a shoulders part but I'm too short for it, so I just use the upper back part.
I wouldn't recommend them if your back is injured. I have spondolothysis but haven't had symptoms in years. I have bad muscle spasms, though, and my lower back is bad from carrying my son. Worst area is my shoulders, scapula and shoulder blades- the rhomboids is what my massage therapist calls my "difficult area". My chest has been too big for my body since I was 12, so I hunch forward. That is where this machine comes in and fixes things.
I wonder if it would fit in my suitcase for Scotland? Hmmm...Better not. I got questioned on my way back from Canada last week b/c my Passport showed so many trips. The guy was dancing around it, trying to figure out WHY and I finally got tired of it and said, "I'm a travel writer. I TRAVEL. Hence the stamps in Passport." So with my luck, even if it FIT in suitcase, I'd get pulled over at customs.
But it'll be nice to know it is waiting for me when I get home, LOL!
I have seen those massage beads and always wondered how well they worked. Now I know and thank you for the feedback on the product.
