Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

When I do this my body rebels. It is like if I keep it moving then I hurt really bad but it is almost robotical...go through the motions. But when I stop I start unwinding and hurt so much worse. But I can't go all the time. Hopefully when the initial part of this really debilitating pain eases up and you can not get your body back like this you can keep the pain at a level you can comprehend. Love to you, and so sorry.
Do whatever you can to reduce stress to that part of your body that hurts, and also, to reduce stress overall. Good luck- it's a hard road but you can do it!
Gentle hugs
Melissa

I understand that it is making you crazy. If you have breakthrough take it.
I know you have something for sleep. Take that too. Take a shower and stand there and think about your most favorite place in the world. Mine is a cozy cabin with green all around and a fire in the fireplace and a bed that has a down comforter and fluffy pillows.
Sounds crazy but sometimes when you allow yourself to go to your place you can get focus and it works. You need sleep and I can't think of anything else but to focus and relax. Don't try to figure it out or fight it.
Wrapping you in positive healing thoughts.
If you took a low dose of vallium and I don't know what you consider low you might be able to take another. You can call pharmacy.
I agree with minnie, relaxation techniques and finding a way to relax helps. I also agree with Paulina, I get worse pain when I do nothing than when I am active, activity helps the pain, temporarily but it helps, if you are in so much pain that you can't stand, call 911 and have them take you to a hospital, staying at home and going through this type of pain is not smart, call 911 and allow Doctor's to tell you what's wrong.
Take care,
Now that I can't reach or even peel the foil off a can of coffee because my hands are so painful, he's right thre to hep.
He walks my dogs in the morning and I make coffee for him. Last weekend, I made the birthday cake for his son. I managed to grill dinner for him tonight...not sure how I did it. I even made a pound cake which is one of his favorite things.
This was an all day project...a little at a time.
Now...I really hurt. Calling the doc in the morning...again.
Good night, friends.
Sleep well.

Wishing you less pain when you awake. Take care... Gaye... xxx
