Lol, I am around!! I called in to work because I need some bed rest and I am contemplating on what kind of shitty tv shows I am going to watch today while eating chocolate chips and cheese.

good afternoon my dear friend Jancam and others....I went out this morning and put some spots on a parking lot to mark where to put my cones for parallel parking for students....at first they told me one size for the cones and later came to find it was incorrect info they gave me so I had to paint three more spots on the parking lot....so hopefully I am not on video camera with my logo car and can of bright orange paint...LOL

I then stopped over to Mom's because I was close....a neighbor had a blower guy out in his/her yard and it inspired me to go out into the back yard and pick up the sticks that have fallen out of trees in back upper yard...there is a lower yard too with brick staircase but I didn't go there...but I picked up everything from a big heavy branch that fell to some small twigs...but I did the best I could and still did not get everything....

came home at noon to watch new and decided since I put new swiffer duster head on my handle last night I decided to dust the living room....I also hung my bike on the wall in the stairway to the basement with a hook...I kept missing stud in wall and the hook kept coming out...last time it dropped bike down steps....so that took some time and effort...I drilled about 7holes to find wood under the paneling that is on walls there...it is still hanging up so I know I got into wood...problem is to go to basement I have to move bike..LOL

I then decided to run last load of laundry...jeans and shirts and stripped the bed of sheets and put them in too...still saved my pillow cases for another time...LOL

so I have been productive....

PS My Chronic pain pretty much has ended since my right total knee replacement and I probably no longer belong to this group but it is full of wonderful friends so I probably will stick around....and just be support where ever someone needs a little love....hugs bill

Hi everyone. I come and go from here too but I often think of you all and hope you are going ok, or at least not worse then usual! This group, and knowing that there are others out there just like me, has helped me alot since I joined and I feel slack for not reaching out to others more often. I get so exhausted from the cp and lack of sleep that I feel like a frigging zombie and cant string two words together or I go through stages where I feel really sorry for myself and feel like I've got nothing to offer but I need to snap out of that and reach out to the only ones who truly 'get' what this life is like. I really hope everyones pain is at least bearable today. Regards Maddy

Hey, JC....we still know your out there lurking, with those furry purple feet. I've been being more of a lurker myself of late....Migraine season is upon us, a.k.a. Spring....happens to coincide with flower planting time....love and hate relationship. I am not one that can look at a computer screen when my head is exploding with a migraine....not sure how people pull that off, for me its quarantine in my blacked out, sound proof room until the head gets chopped off, or the pain stops, whichever comes first.

Glad your still out there and hope life isn't treating you too badly....miss ya.

I'm changing from Satelite to Cable tomorrow morning and I'm freaking out over all my favs that I have recorded and saved...*sigh* I can see a binge night of shows and a very long work day tomorrow....

I never got that idea of binge watching but I have done it because some shows just like to watch them and they are not the type of shows that are serial stories that you gotta watch one before the other...

I record Counting Cars which is about how guy out in vegas buys and fixes and flips sweet hot rods and motorcycles and does such great work it makes your eye just shine to see the end products...

that one I watch binge style because I never seem to catch the new shows that get recorded and suddenly I have four or five to watch and they are just half hour each...so not a marathon for sure...

I record Jimmy Fallon Tonight Show but I watch all the time while airing too...so I usually just dump old shows recorded....unless it is something I really have to see....

Yes, sometimes it all just becomes to much to post, I might lurk around... You have always had goo contributions, as I recall...

I binge watched Miami Vice, The X Files, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, and a few others the first year I was recovering from DVT/PE. It helped me get my mind off of all of the medical stuff. They say that lonely and depressed people are more likely to binge watch. Any how, I flunked my sleep study. I didn't even get a wink of sleep inside of 8 full hours of laying down. I'm scheduled for another one along with 40 milligrams of Lunesta this time. I'm gonna make sure to knock out on my back. If the sleep study shows nothing, I'm done with all this doctor stuff. My APS disease is what is causing my tiredness as it is like SLE Lupus. I can't worry a about why I am tired all of the time. I will just sleep more on the weekends and drink lots of coffee and energy drinks during the week. I'm really getting tired of digging for answers to all of this stuff. The PA at the sleep study place told me to tell my PCP about my headaches and bury vision. I have been dealing with that for years. I can't be complaining of this and that every other week. I need to get my mind in check and toughen up a little bit. I had the Flu for a week. I puked and lived on chicken soup. I dropped 6 pounds in a weeks time. The Flu diet really works. My blood sugar was 80 the entire time with no meds lol. The ultimate cure for diabetes is to eat nothing but chicken broth and diet sprite! I should write a book about the Flu diet. It's good to see the rest of you guys are out and about. Hugs.
