So I match myself inside and out today. Woke up stiff and sore, in excruciating pain, suffered through my pain and just when it seemed to be getting better my brother calls to tell me my dad died at 8:30 this morning. Now I'm miserable and lost.....

I'm hanging on by a thread here, but I'm still hanging on.......Kris.....

My heart breaks for your loss, Kris. I try to imagine myself in your shoes. Even the thought of loisng my dad feels like a hard, sharp punch in the heart and the stomach. I wish I could take some of your pain away.

You know you are surrounded by many who love you here, including me. I'm glad you posted.

so sorry for your loss and your bring in pain , I hope you know that your not alone in your pain and grief will lessen in time .time heals all wounds and the freshest ones sometimes take the longest to scab over . Ihope you know that we are here to help and I give your prayers to god and send you hugs and lots of hope . I am kind of in a quandry myself of late and being here with all of you helps me . So i hope I helped you in some small way :)
