Does anyone know what types of health problems can be caused by mold? I know about the obvious respiratory issues, but wondered if it could cause anything else?

I know...I'm grasping at straws here.

I beleive I've read certain kinds of mold can cause joint and immune problems.

I am terribly allergic to black mold, inhaled. I was on allergy shots for 7 years and then developed Rheumatoid Arthritis, which they are now finding is a common result.

As for whether it affected my mood it is hard to say. I was constantly on prednisone which causes mood swings and all major chronic illness is accompanied by depression. What sort of illness do you think you have?

i have worked and lived in two places that had severe mold issues. i saw co-worker after co-worker suddenly come down with weird illnesses. i developed walking pneumonia. this was before CP. after CP i lived in an old place that was infested and know that it affected me in both pain and respiratory ways. here is one link:

hope this works. i use bleach or peroxide on just about everything where water can collect, esp AC filters.
