Hi, I am curious as to how many dx with ME/CFS have double vision. I have been doing more reading on ME/CFS and MS and some correlation between the two. The UK and Canada has a different criteria for dx ME/CFS and I was reading about it over the weekend.
If you did have double vision, blurry vision, loss of color vision...what did your doctor do? Any tests, evoked potentials which could show abnormal waves from the eyes.
The Canada criteria is stricter than CDC. It takes into account all the functions of the body affected by ME/CFS and takes the focus away from the Fatigue except in exercise or mental.
Fatigue or the feeling of wanting to sleep all day or balance are overwhelming me again ....At times I feel myself slipping away.

I know many of you have neurological problems. And wonder if it could be anything else. This is a chart about symptoms of ME/CFS and MS. The CFS symptoms are on the left and MS on the right. The "+" means yes or positive for the symptoms and " -" no or negative.

I have all the symptoms plus many not listed, Exam- no muscle wasting, Lab - negative spinal tap. I am wondering if ME/CFS is a progressive disease. It is said that is affects the grey matter of the brain. Doesn't sound like a good thing to me. Thank you for your help.
