I try to get massages to help with body pain and avoid things that I know trigger energy drain and headaches. I guess those are all just management tools. I also really try to stay in the attitude of gratitude, don't look at myself as a victim. Be happy for the wonderful things in my life. Renee
I also do a guided meditation every night. I usually use The Honest Guys on youtube. This helps me release, accept, etc. and then I fall asleep w/ the meditation. If anything both of these techniques have Greatly helped my outlook on life.
I also do yoga.
I do Meyers cocktail IVs, B complex shots (from my CFS doctor) and I also am drinking RiboCardio which is greatly helping me.
These are the things that are helping me. If you would like, you can read my journal writing titled "RESET" for more information.
Namaste,

Namaste. Sun
