Thanks so much for sharing with us. I hope that it helped you to feel a bit better. It sure is helpful to me to hear the struggles of others and being reassured that I am not alone. I mean, I'm not glad that you're sick! But I am glad that you are reaching out - thanks for reminding me of how important that is - both for the share r, and the share eee.
I have crashed this week also due to undue stress caused by my dead beat of an ex husband.
Just have to grin and bear it I guess.
So lets all hold hands together and get thur this.

YOu reminded me though, to give myself credit for the things I did actually do rather than feeling less than human somehow because I could not do more or wiped myself out doing more.
I thought of that today though my apartment and kitchen is a mess again or is always mess.
I performed my art somewhere Friday night. I didn't get off the couch much of Sat or Sunday until later when I ran the hoop jam. Both of these things were satisfying even with the price. I got the books I sold online off to the buyers. I took care of my dog. That was a LOT! Maybe not to anyone else, but to me and I am glad I could even do it at all.
I try to think of how I can make the most of the energy I have. And I am trying to make sure I eat every three hours. I also feel better when I feel clean and showered and when things are organized and clean around me.
When I shared this...it signaled a new stage. I need to outsource the heavier tasks. It is not something I should be doing any longer. It creates a high risk of falling, intense pain and so much time lost. The trade-off cost more than my body could take. It is time to resolve this by seeking a cleaning resource once or twice a month. Time to reconfigure the budget to make it work. Blessings on everyone's health/situation/journey....I'm working hard at letting go of my denial in all things, to live a best life with chronic illness...hugs & care to all.
