I loved this! It's so true! Our lives are tremendously affected by sound. The speaker was excellent. Straight up and to the point.

I know that with CFS, sound can be a very wonderful or very harmful thing to me. The speaker on the video identifies listening to birds, wind and water as helpful, restful, healthy sounds. I SO agree with that.
