So ..I am sleeping like the suggested Indian way , with my foggy head pointing South and my feet North. My head is not doing the Indian side to side shake though lol! I love their expressive little shakes. OK.now...back to business. I only sleep in that direction by chance. My bed just happens to fit in that direction with a view of my big mango tree.. I could be lucky lol!.
I have tried pregnenolone.After researching it, I was all fired up to take it and ordered it online. Unfortunately it kept giving me huge heart palpitations. Possibly because I already have arrhythmia. Not sure. I had to stop taking it. I was also on a low dose of 10mg. I do take magnesium but sometimes forget. I haven't tried the CBD oil but will check it out. I keep away from caffeine most of the time with the exception of a soya cappuccino in the morning occasionally.
My room is dark and my mobile phone and tablet are turned off and in another room at night. So I am aware of these things. I wouldn't mind a man to snuggle up to at night but he sleeps in the room next door. Thanks for all your reminders and info Rosi. I'm not bedbound at present. I'm up and on the move at least. For the past 7 or 8 years I've been taking one xanax at night and it has been working perfectly if I make myself go to bed about 20 min after taking it.
