i am 15. i can only go two hours of school and sometimes not ever that. i am having a lot of trouble deciding on what to do about school next year. i can do it virtual high school (online) or keep going to school for two hours but if i keep going to school for two hours i might get behind and i cant take the work home. but if i go to school online i will lose contact with all my friends that i have go to school with sence second grade. what does every one else do about shcool?

My senior year of high school was when my CFS started, and I was probably at school only 2 hours a day between all the doctors appointments and what I was able to do at home. Thankfully, the state I was in (MN) had a post-secondary option, so I ended up doing quite a few college courses through correspondence. It was great because I could work on them when I had energy, and only go to school for things that I really needed to be in person for--like Calc and Spanish.

I know not every state has a PS option, but most school do provide tutors for students who are sick. Is there a way that you could be tutored through a few subjects and do others in school? Or could you do some classes virtually and maybe have one class and lunch at high school so that you see friends? I'm not sure what your situation is, these are just my brainstorms :-)
