My doctor tested me some 15 years ago and I have taken the Methyl
folate and B12 ever since. Three years ago I did the 23@Me genetic test. There's a section in
the results that deals with your ability to detox or how well your pathways are clearing various
substances also. It is somewhat complex. My doctor also interpretated that information and
there are websites where you pay money, I believe it was 98.00 to have the test done and then
they also give you all kinds of information. It also included my ancestry. Now I know I'm
some gazillioneth percentage nomad or Kurdish or something rather obscure.
