I don't like that people try to make money out of very vulnerable sick people by claiming all sorts of miracles. Be careful.
By the way under " What's the One Thing" was it you who said thought they had Lupus but unable to get diagnosis? I tried to answer but stupidfone kept kicking me off it.
In my experience since 2001, Lupus and what we have, there are a lot of common symptoms. Yet they are very different at the same time. Don't know enough about Lupus to explain, but they trst different, effects have as many differences as similarities, and treatment is usually very different. My Humble Opinion.
No it wasn't me it was Nina1959. I get desperate too. I've tried so many quick fixes and cures and have come to the conclusion that for me recovery is just very slow and I have to accept that, but I do believe it's possible. For me, taking the pressure off the liver, by reducing toxins and supplements has worked but I don't know if it would work for other people. I do find it helpful to remember, rather cynically, that people are trying to make money out of us!
As for the wasp therapy, I have heard of people treating the chronic pain of conditions like arthritis with bee sting therapy. They actually hold the bees in a pair of tweezers and put them against the skin where they want to be stung. I don't think I could stand it, but then I don't have very much pain.
My sister says this is how she starts about every day. I try to have one glass after lunch most days (our cafeteria makes it). I wouldn't call it any kind of cure-all, but it does give me some pep.

The fruit stuff I do all the time, husband coerces me.... Doesn't seem to make a difference. What seems to make the best difference is keeping regular hours as far as sleeping, eating, and forcing myself to do a little more each day, without going too far. That balance is the crux, and just can't quite get it right. As soon as that, sleep, eating, or anything is off balance the least bit, whole thing collapses like a house of cards.
Am looking into some other avenues, sharing with Triumphidora, will see how turns out.
