I been on Ritalin for few years,, for my Fatigue then Insurance Co. refuse to pay for it any more,, now i am in withdrawal stage ,, what you all do or take for your Fatigue ,, i am on Tramadol 200mg a day ,,any advice!!! thank you ,,wish you all the best..

Masrea, I am surprised to hear that you were able to take Ritalin for so long and not have repeated crashes, since it is essentially artificial energy. I have tried everything, including amphetamines, anti-narcolepsy meds, all the things we try out of desperation. But as many have said here and I am facing, there is no magic energy pill. Everyone is different, but there are supplements, vitamins, etc. that help some, but it seems for most there is no "fatigue bullet". Many have shared here that it has taken them time to learn to pace themselves, do very moderate exercise/yoga as able, and use supplements that take a little edge off. I take d-ribose, magnesium malate, and ubiquinol (CoQ10). Also vitamin D. It seems to be a long process of trial and error; one that requires patience, something I still struggle with. Some things work for some and not others, but only as a little help. Good Luck...

I second PeaceWanted's recommendation of D-Ribose. That's how I got off ADD meds as well. I also use an energy supplement called Energy Revitalisation System or something like that. I'd say those are the 2 most helpful weapons in my arsenal.
