Have you been diagnosed with CFIDS?? If you have, then I guess you know that energy is the one "for sure" thing we all seek!!
Doctors do use antidepressants and other medications to help with energy, but first a bunch of illnesses have to be ruled out!! Is your thyroid working properly??? Stuff like that!!
Different things work for different folks. For me, with CFIDS, I can find nothing but rest to help restore some engergy. I can't tolerate meds well.

Pacing has been quite successful for me, i'm now in bed around 15 hours a day as opposed to 22 a year ago!
Finding things that reduce the amount of energy you have to use can be helpful too, it's kind of a tesco "every little helps" situation... :D

These drugs aren't for everyone so check with your doctor. But they work well for me. And I have to agree with rest lol
