I'd be really careful with this. Personally I would cleanse the liver by slowly giving up all supplements, painkillers, alcohol, caffeine, medication etc. Mine is so much better having done that. But it needs to be done slowly to avoid overwhelming the body. My experience with intense treatments is that it's too much for an already stressed body.

How long do you give this stuff up? I just bought a bunch of supplements. One of them is specifically for the liver. Seems kinda stressful to just sit and wait. How does one find out if they need a liver cleanse?

I gave it all up about a year ago over several months. I'm still off them and have no intention of going back on as I'm much healthier without. For me I think long term liver stress was a major factor in me getting ill. When I had ME I was on 100 of supplements a month and I think they made me much much worse. Other people may have different experiences.

Have you looked into the Gerson therapy coffee enema detox? It has helped people with cancer. You can search Dr Max Gerson coffee enema liver cleanse.

I tried enemas including coffee ones. for me it was way too intense and can wash out all the GOOD nutrients in your liver. If you are not too weak it might be fine.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
