I try, every day, to do something for someone else, something just for myself, and something for no damned good reason at all. Most days, that takes all day to do it. But when I hit all 3, I call it good. I didn't live it entirely selfishly, I didn't take it all too seriously, and just maybe, somebody else got something out of me being here sucking up oxygen. (I classify having a good laugh as doing something for me. Season to taste.)
