I hope you have good luck with the Naturopath. Please let us know if you find anything that is helpful. My only caveat is to make sure the advice is research based. In my exeperience, many people say that they can deal with CFS. However, the illness is very poorly understood in the medical community so there isn't a lot of evidenced based treatments. That is not to say that you couldn't find something that might help, but just make sure you ask lots of questions. Good luck!
Once I started P.T. I saw almost immediate results. Our muscles have memory. Even if it's just light stretching, DO SOMETHING every day. I have stairs in my house. I also have a stair lift. Whenever possible, I walk the stairs! Slowly, but I use my leg muscles every day.
