If I have a choice, I go for the cold. I feel better in the cooler weather. The heat makes me dizzy and nauseous. Also, if you're cold, you can always add a sweater/coat...if you're too hot, there often is nothing you can do but get out of where you are, and that isn't always possible.
Yep, another CFIDS ailment to add to the list!!
Hugssssssssss, grab another sweater...try to go outside. The fresh air is good for you!!
I have become a big baby about what I wear outside. I happily don my down and uggs WAY before anyone else does around here. I"m already dreaming of purchasing some new flannel lounging pants for winter. COZY!!!
The good news is that, as a tea lover, this is PRIME season for me!

In the winter the cold weather makes my bones and muscles ache but I feel better in the cold. The heat I am very sensitive too for some reason. I get dizzy or light headed and sometimes nauseated.
I find that when it's cold, I get hypothermic without realizing it. My hands, arms, and legs get all clammy cold and I get very groggy. So do keep warm, folks. I think we are susceptible to hypothermia, even when it is not that cold.
I still have some problems with heat and cold, but now that menopause is setting in I have a new reason for my body temp to be changing. What fun!!
