The autonomic doctor said the compression garments that go from the feet to waist are the only ones that work for people with POTS because a lot of the blood pooling occurs in the upper legs. I have 40-50 compression.
What type of salt did you try? I have had issues with regular salt, but I'm doing Himalayan sea salt which seems easier on my system.
