starting to post again is a good sign for me..i withdraw when the really rough spells hit.
This spell forced me to be bedbound more than usual. Longest stretch was 11days, felt i was going crazy. Then i thought of my ds friends.
Some of you are bedbound, some homebound, some on disability, few are able to work..even fewer can even attempt full time employment.
So as i walked in the valley, i was inspired by the messages you have shared, i was bouyed by your courage and comforted by your presence.
I'd like to say thank you to all who have the courage to share the ups and downs of your journey and the grace to reach out and encourage others.
Ps: for those worse off than i, you are AMAZING, never forget that. Just getting through this day to day is an amazing accomplishment.

I SO very much depend on my friendships, and the advice and council I get here on this forum. We are all in this together! WE actually have a better grasp on CFS/ME/FIBRO than the doctors do, and WE know it. Very often asking a question here on the boards has been answered by someone suffering the same symptom and my question has been addressed and solved right here....while my doctor is still scratching his head!!!
CFS/ME is not for the faint of heart. And those of us who live with it day by day know the pains and losses that come with this illness. Your post was heartfelt and so appreciated by all the rest of us who are struggling just to sit up in bed, and read what you wrote.
