Just wanted you to know this was seen, but I've never heard of this treatment. My PT uses the Graston method to get at the trigger points, and ultrasound. I use infrared treatments at home. Not sure if they treat fibro and myofascial pain in a similar manner, but these treatments have been working for me far better than what was used in the past, which was ionto phoresis - which may well be FSM by a different name? They put pads on me, like a tens unit but using stronger current and with cortisone pads. It worked at first but like most cortisone treatments after years had no effect. Graston only works for trigger points of myofascial pain syndrome, not the tender points of fibro, though. I have mostly myofascial pain, and only a touch of fibro... And I've really never heard of using electrical impulses for fatigue and viral. Sounds like an amped up version of having Reiki, which to me (I'm a Reiki practitioner when I'm up to it) means that it would work in theory but certainly would have to be done just right....
For what it is worth (not much), I find I do best with viral issues by taking a dropperful of Virattack three times a day in a little juice, and amping up my B and C vitamins. Usually after a week I feel "normal" again. Not knowing where you live you may not have Amazon but it is sold there. Note this should not be taken by pregnant or nursing women.

The FSM IS similar to a TENS and my Naturopath (one of them!) put's either pads or what look like electrodes on certain parts of my body and sets the machine to a specific current degree, depending on what she's targeting.. Today it was my lymphatic system which is very sluggish. I am fortunate that I don't have the pain so many other people have, mainly crushing fatigue and viral symproms which are painful in themselves. (Oh, I'm a Jin Shin Jyutsu practiioner, but had to stop treating due to CFS - and have learned some Reiki also -- lovely work, eh?) Thank you for the tips about virarrattack. I'll ask my Naturopath about it after I look it up and the ingredients... When I get into these long drawn out periods it seems that nothing helps. I'm hopeing the IV (Meyers Cocktail, FSM and breathing treatment I had today) will help.

I did do the FSM, Meyer's Cocktail IV and a GlutathioneNebulizer for my lung irritation. I was even more fatigued the following day, but have been feeling better since those treatments. Fewer symptoms, but that was on 12/31 and today is 1/3/15. Some of the lung irritation symptoms are coming back, but my energy is a bit better. Soooooo, it's a bit inconclusive. Anything is worth a shot if you can afford the financial outlay. It is hard to pay for things when you don't hav enay idea if they will be effective..... Frustrating....
