Mornings have always been really bad and they still are.
I cannot take sleep aids or most pain killers since they seem to aggravate my problem with Restless Legs Syndrome - makes me feel like I'm ready to jump out of my skin.
I stay in bed until I can't stand the pain; I stay up until I can't stand the fatigue. So the schedule that works best for me is to go to bed about 10PM, get up at about 2 or 3AM, go back to bed around 5 or 6AM and then get up again around 9 or 10AM and maybe grab a nap mid-day. Unfortunately, that schedule really doesn't work with anybody else's. I need to be up helping everybody else to run out the door.
Anyone else have any insights?
Whenever you have energy I think it's a good thing. We all have to remember to BALANCE our bouts of energy so that we don't try to do too much when we have a little bit of it and then crash.
If you have some energy, read or write or do something creative if you can. Enjoy it!
