Kept up all night by a stray kitten who found its way into my home. Finally after hours of yowling i caught it, fed it and bundled it up . My son made up a box and it fell asleep beside me.
Well..the last few hours it has roamed my home yowling its head of. ...argh. After several false start it got the courage to come back to me. I bundled it up again and calmed it down. This kitten starts licking and sucking on my fingers. Wasnt sure if it was grooming me or hungry. So i feed it again and give it a snuggle. Litlle one starts licking me again. Then it just curls up and falls asleep. I think i have a new baby.
My dog is a stray i picked up half dead off the street. Now he is the biggest love bug ever.
Wasnt too long ago i got my cat, snarling and scratching at everyone particularly the dog. Now his fvorite thing is to chase the dog around. He climbs on the furniture and stalks the dog. He loves jumping on the dogs's back and chasing his tail.. Then they curl up together and go to sleep.
Its so easy to love these creatures, they dont take much but they give so much joy and love (and entertainment). I feel blessed to be able to provide a safe haven for these creatures. My pets are healthy and happy and so loving. I love that.

As long as you don't start attracting black bears to snuggle with Max, I think you'll be just fine. Kitties and doggies are just the most wonderful people pleasers around.

I adopted a cat from a shelter early last year and a month ago adopted another one. They bring me so much joy, as well as companionship. Having two is so much fun, and so entertaining to watch them play and chase each other. I can't imagine now not having them in my life.
So what's his/her name?
