We are all different. Your body may not be well accepting of this b-12 shot and this reaction may be your body's way of telling you that. Please call your doctor and report this before you introduce any more b-12 to your system.
Better safe than sorry. Each of us react differently to meds and supplements. It doesn't matter how it affects one of us, it only matters how it affects you!
Mother hen here. Have to speak my mind when it comes to putting new things into these crazy bodies of ours!!! Careful!!! Please!!
I took weekly B12 injections for 5 months. My doctor told me most people have to take it for a month or 2 to tell if it's working.
I never had any side effects. However I did go to the dr office to get the weekly injections. The effort to drive, park, walk over, etc. that could leave me breathless.
It was completely worth it. I was closer to 2 months to notice a gradual difference. I slept a little better. I went from always feeling exhausted to having brief (less than 5 minutes) moments of not being tired. No energy, but still, not tired! I had really bad brain fog. I still have brain fog, but it is different and not nearly as bad.
I would have taken it longer than 5 months but I lost insurance at that point. It took 6 months for any temporary effects to completely go away. I still don't have brain fog as bad. That seems to be permanent.
It is worth working out. Even if you are having a side effect, perhaps all you need is a smaller dose or something.
