Have any of you ever seen your lips not all of it but part of it turn blue. This is when I not cold. I have notice many times on my bottom lip that it is bluish. I really never thought about it as my mind isn't thinking right. I have noticed since I having trouble staying hydrated. It doesn't stay. It comes and goes. Just wondering... I am not anemic. Iron levels are fine.

The thing that worries me about this is that blue lips can indicate that your heart is struggling ,usually through oxygen levels being low.
Mike gets it when he has been of his O2 machine for too long.
Maybe worth a mention to your DR.

Yes mine used too.
Just ine of thoas signs.
Finger tips and toes go very pale and tingle with pins and needles a lot (peripheral neuropathy).

I used to get it too

But kellady is right - get it checked out definitely.

Too little O2 could indicate something else.

Thank you for your replies. I know that my heart at times will beat fast skipping beats but my mom as MVP. I also know that I have problems with taking a full breath in before I was sick and did all those breathing tests. I hated the inhaler and quit using it as it made me jumpy. I had my O2 levels below normal before a few times after getting sick. I just never told to worry about it but I never mentioned bluish lip.

I don't have peripheral neuropathy as my test was normal for it. I do have nerve damage to legs and then will turn ice cold and so will hands.. and other parts will get cold or then really hot and all those weird sensations.

Thank you again. I will mention it my GP as I have to see him anyway for this eye infection won't clear up.
