Aerobics like walking tear me down, but strength training helps me and gives me more energy. I know that sounds wrong, but it's true and recent research confirms it. Of course you have to be very careful not to overdo the exercise and work into it very slowly...or it will knock you off your feet with a crash.
Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
I haven't started strength training...but I hear good things...
I take small amounts of Ritalin maybe 3 days each week. This is controversial...however, Dr Montoyo from Stanford did a study and concluded this treatment appropriate for *some*.

Stretching, just even in bed, reaching for the sky, your toes, twisting around a bit.
Anything that gets the blood moving a bit.
I became truly I'll when my son was five or six...he's eleven now, and I guess he understands flares and limitations...now, but it's still tough and frankly I feel guilty or sad often.... But I'm coming to some acceptance, and so is my family.

Ive been a single mom ,raising my kids alone for a long time now and i can relate to what you say.It does make me feel bad whenI cant be there and do the other things that most moms do.I still struggle with acceptance of this and not hating myself some days.hugs xx
